Willie Justis is a Norfolk State University Honor graduate with a B.S in Exercise Science. He is a former track and field athlete and a volunteer high school hurdle coach. It was during his time as an athlete and coach that he found his passion for fitness. This passion extends from his personal fitness to helping others achieve their own personal fitness goals.
Willie is now an ISSA Certified Trainer with certifications in Personal Fitness, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and Youth Fitness.
Everyday Willie strives to become a better trainer. He is constantly working on his own personal fitness trying new things and learning from others in his field. He specializes in helping clients achieve their weight goals, as well as specific training goals. He also works with young athletes increasing their performance in their specific sports. His main goal is to help his clients become mentally stronger, so they can achieve any goal they set for themselves.
